Engaging the mind, body and spirit

Wellness is about more than exercise and eating right. For each of us to be healthy and happy, it takes a balanced approach to nurturing and engaging all aspects of who we are - mind, body and spirit.

The Encompass Program takes a whole-person approach to health that incorporates six dimension of wellness to promote an independent, active and enjoyable lifestyle. It is a personalized approach based on each individual resident's interests, needs and values.

The Encompass Program covers six dimensions of wellness. The activities and amenities in each dimension are intended to provide you with a variety of options from which to choose. Our staff works with you to help find the right mix of opportunities that combine to promote your overall wellbeing.
