Friends Homes, Inc. has been providing employment opportunities for non-traditional candidates since 1988. Both the Friends Home at Guilford and the Friends Home West campuses employ 12 young people in the nursing, dietary and housekeeping departments. "This award was earned by our employees," Wilson Sheldon stated, "Without their hard work and dedication we would not be in a position to be recognized by the larger community. It is part of our mission to be an active member of the community at large working together to strengthen both the wider community and our individual organizations."
