Jordan has twenty years of experience in the senior living field. For the past 5 years he has served as Executive Director at Moorings Park Institute in Naples, Florida which enjoys a strong national reputation. Moorings Park is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community with 399 Independent Living homes, 70 Assisted Living homes and 126 Skilled Nursing Beds all with an annual operating budget more than $40 million.
Jordan and his family will be relocating from the Naples area to Greensboro to join Friends Homes and Brightspire. Jordan has been married to his wife, Kaili, for 19 years and together, they have four children ages 17, 16, 11 and 8. He and his family are excited to put down roots in North Carolina.
Jordan attended the University of Central Florida, majoring in Health Services Administration. What attracts Jordan to working at Friends Homes is the opportunity to apply his passion for quality care, successful aging through wellness, and resident satisfaction in a not-for-profit, mission driven environment.
When Jordan isn’t working, he enjoys playing soccer, playing piano, and watching UCF football
